Aloha and thank you for your consideration of my Real Estate services.  I was born in Thailand and grew up in Hawaii.  The joy of travel is one of my favorite things to do as well as exploring new eateries all over the island.  I enjoy hiking, having jog/walks with Bailey, my golden retriever furry baby.  I graduated from U.H. Manoa with a B.A in Speech.  I have been a Financial Planner for over 20+ years and have had the opportunity to work with and create valued friendships with individuals, families and local small businesses as well.  Purchasing real estate is a huge financial decision that I've had the pleasure to provide guidance for my clients, along with balancing their overall Financial portfolio needs.  Having bought, renovated and sold my own properties, lead me to pursue my passion and explore my creative side in designing and interior decorating both big and small spaces.  I feel very fortunate to be part of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Advantage Realty.  We, as a team, have got your back to assist you with finding your dream home.

I'd like to share with you one of my favorite analogies, titled "Marathon Baby."  One of my bucket list items was to run the Honolulu Marathon.  In 2015, I ran the Honolulu Marathon and was fortunate enough to complete it in good health.  My analogy is that: you trained for 9 months running longer and longer distances over time, such that one tends to be pregnant for 9  months.  While running the marathon, as I like to describe it, it's more like being in labor, however long it takes for you to complete the marathon.  Once you have crossed that finish line, you have earned your Finisher's medal (you have your precious marathon baby).  How does this relate to Real Estate?  We are with you from start to finish, in finding your dream home or selling it.  With a winning mindset and determination, we will finish strong and in good health.
